To track your package : 
All our packages are shipped with a tracking number. This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery as soon as you get your tracking number (within 2 working days maximum after placing the order).

In case of return : 
The product must be returned in the package, in new condition and in its original packaging. Please refer to the return & refund policy.

Package not received (lost) : 
If you have not received your package within 30 days of placing your order, contact our customer service by email, so they will confirm the dispatch of a new package.
